Yucatan Style Hammock

The idea here is that you lie either crosswise (as shown) or diagonally in this rope hammock. If you lie horizontally the hammock will fold in over you. This hammock is quite comfortable as lying crosswise lets you move around a bit.
A Yucatan-style rope hammock is an excellent choice for boats and other locations where there is limited space for spreader bars.
This Yucatan-style rope hammock is 72" wide so it is wide enough for you to lie in crosswise.There is a lot of rope in this hammock, so it's made out of durable but relatively lightweight olefin.

* The olefin line provides a traditional hammock with a synthetic braid - color-fast, highly resistant to rot and mildew, treated with UV protectant.
* The rope has 8 strands braided around centre core - more durable than a twisted rope - should one strand get nicked or cut, the integrity of the braid will not be compromised.
* Because there are no spreader bars, this versatile hammock is soft and free flowing. Lay lengthwise, crossswise, sit or swing.
